Our acknowledgment comes not only from Rudy Eagle’s heart and soul (Mine too) but hopefully representative for poor people the world over. For those unfortunate souls unable to reach out to the world to express their experience going blind either from glaucoma or cataract eye affliction. We start off with Rudy’s daily prayer for over three years.
        
        
        Some dreams come true, you know they do. Having restored clear eyesight in the left eye, (Tri-focal lens) Great Spirit is answering Rudy’s prayer. Words fail expressing elation over how he feels every morning upon awakening with clear sight from his left eye!
    Comparing sight from left to right, Rudy had no idea how truly blind he was. People ask in wonder -- with today’s technology, why did he wait so long for cataract surgery?
     Little did they realize that without medicare, we simply could not afford the exorbitant cost. (Over six thousand dollars thus far per eye.). Poor people the world over we read are going blind because of not being able to afford such high cost; that in our opinion is a travesty to poor people’s justice, (Just-us).
    We ask, why is there always tons of money available for wars? Why cannot compassion be shown worldwide to poor people’s suffering. Instead of manufacturing weapons that not only kill innocent children, women and men but leave thousands maimed for life!
    We therefore share with the world our acknowledgement of seeming incredulity! That our financial dilemma over one eye has been solved. Wonderful persons worldwide have responded through ebay. Money generated from items listed on ebay, (Apache crafted) are considered contributions for our mission .
    Truly one plods along daily hardly realizing the miracle of life. Some not all people take life and all creator’s blessings for granted. Failing to fully understand how good health is the utmost happiness in life!
    We learned ages ago, because of Rudy’s Apache background that, an all pervading mystical energy force radiates from animate and inanimate matter. Such mystery force has always been and still is respected by Aboriginal inhabitants of North America as Great Spirit. In world wide religions, it is a divinity - God.
    The adversity Rudy and I (Sheri) experience -- we are sure is felt by countless others the world over. Never, never ever did we stop to think how blessedly precious sight is! Truly it is without question a miracle taken for granted along with other senses and organs of living bodies.
    Witnessing Rudy’s attempt to ward off claustrophobia and fight off anger at himself for feeling inept, is tormenting. Worst yet, was when Rudy stumbled and nearly damaged irreparably his good right eye completely. No operation would have restored that kind of damage!
    Rudy felt as thousands of others who struggle in a fog,  must surly feel, as if he were walking in “the shadow of the valley of death.” All initiative gradually dwindled along with ambition. The wondrous sunlight that’s responsible for all life on Mother Earth, effected Rudy’s sense of balance. He groped  and stumbled about performing a few chores that taxed his will and desire to live.
    His determination to hang in there was prompted by the thought and knowledge that tens of thousands, (Perhaps millions) of people suffer worst than he was experiencing.     Rudy’s consolation came about when Great Spirit spoke to him. Advising Rudy to share his experience worldwide. That others aught better understand appreciation of the miracle life is. Since all too often life is taken for granted by many people worldwide indulging in habits harmful to their health.
    Today he feels almost certain he is awakening from some horrible nightmare of darkness. Yet in all his dreams he saw vividly colors with clear eyesight. Now the most incredulous revelation that emerges in his mind is, that Great Spirit has shown him that even through adversity one can see without eyesight, (Visions?).
    The beautiful objects crafted for over three years that Great Spirit created through Rudy’s hands is truly amazing. Though he felt sadness for not being able to see clearly the finished products Great Spirit transformed.
    Rudy and I, (Going on sixty) are enjoying good health at his eighty four spring, summer and fall seasons; preparing for an approaching cold winter. He is certain now more than ever with conviction that we all are created for “reason, purpose with meaning”. Proof of the aforementioned is shown by response received daily for our mission and cause, especially for Rudy’s eyes.
    Being able to see clearly again though with one eye, Rudy’s first remark outdoors was, “Wow-wee, how incredibly beautiful the contrast between blue sky and Mother Earth”.      Rudy felt a sense of guilt close to tears! In reality, he never felt such appreciation for things before as he does now! He was struck with the vibrant kaleidoscope of Earth Mother’s colors all around our place.
    Rudy feels that Great Spirit brought this adversity upon his late life to show him comparison between sight and sightless beings. Instrumental for espousing greater respect and appreciation for Earth Mother’s creatures and plant life!
    Millions of other living souls around the world we suspect wish too, they could share their discomfort with compassionate persons worldwide such as we have been blessed!
    We especially are more grateful than ever for the wonderful financial support that allayed our fears on how we would possibly pay such a huge sum of money for medical costs!
    To all those most wondrous persons supporting our mission and cause on the Internet, we humbly bow in appreciation to your generous nature in support for our financial need.

    P.S. Please folks along with money we need your prayers as well for our dilemma is not over yet. Rudy is under medication to ensure against infection. Right eye is next folks!
