In today's environment I would like to offer you the following tip to save energy and money....Turn off your computers every night and on weekends !!!
The money you'll save:
When a single computer is left in sleep mode every night and weekend for a year, it costs you $700 per year to power that unused computer. If you shut down that computer, but leave it plugged in, you'll spend ONLY approx. $30 per year powering the monitor's standby mode when it's not in use. Now if all of us who use EBAY would just do this.... just think of the energy we would save and contribute to saving our planet!
