| Q:How do I pay by money order or check? |

| A:At the end of the listing, I will send the details you'll need to make payment through the mail. Please be sure to complete the checkout or email me through ebay within 3 days to let me know you'll be sending payment.
All international payments must be in US funds. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |
|
| A:Absolutely. US customers take the item with the highest shipping quoted (usually the heaviest item) and add $1.50 for each additional item. International combined shipping is based on weight. Some items do not qualify for the $1.50 discount That is noted in those listings.
Additional patterns combined in one shipping are 50 cents extra each. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:I ship from a small town post office. Packages may take a couple days longer than you are used to to arrive. If you need an item by a certain date, please email before you bid to make arrangements for expedited shipping. |
| Q:Have you shipped my item? |

| A:With rare exception, packages are mailed within 2 business days.
I send a shipping notice through ebay with shipment details. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |
|
| A:Yes. I adhere to USPS rules for international shipping. Some countries do not allow clothing to be shipped into them (Italy) Some countries take a while for items to pass through customs (Canada). Customs forms are filled accurately. An invoice is included in all packages. Please be aware of the customs duties & restricted items for your country. |
| Q:Why haven't you answered my email? |

| A:I usually am online during business hours Monday through Friday. I try to check my emails on Saturday & Sunday too. If you have emailed and I have not responded within 24 hours, it is probably because the email did not get through. If you will resend it using the "contact seller" link on the auction page, I will get it through ebay. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:All shipping and handling charges are quoted in the listing. You will never be asked to pay more to have an item shipped than what is quoted. Currently, there are no handling charges for most orders. Sometimes they are charged for fragile or extra large items that require extra packing materials. |
| Q:Why are your auctions private? Why can't I see the names of the bidders? |

| A:As a simple courtesy, bidder IDs are kept private to respect their privacy. It is only the bidder's and seller's business to know what a bidder bought and how much was paid for it. When you leave feedback, the item title and amount it sold for is posted. I choose to keep this information private for my customers. |
| Q:Do you accept Best Offers? |
|
| A:I accept serious best offers on all store or fixed price items that have that option in the listing. I accept REASONABLE best offers only. Unreasonable requests, such as 90% off bid price, will be declined without note. |
