*Brand New - Item never been removed from original factory sealed package
*New - Item That has never been used, box may have been opened
*Mint - Item that looks like new and shows no obvious signs of use
*Excellent - Item that may have been used but shows little signs of wear
*Used - Used item that shows signs of wear
*Well Used - Used item that shows heavy wear
*AS-IS - Means the product is either damaged or failed our testing. We do not attempt any repair of such and sell it "AS-IS" This product is not eligible for return for any reason. We try to accurately describe the conditions present during testing. However this does not guarantee you the same results.

After the auction...
Winning bidder will be contacted within 48 hours of the auction's end.
Initial contact from the buyer is required within 3 business days.
Payment MUST be received within 10 days of the auction ending date.
Items not paid for will be re-listed 10 days after the auction has ended and Unpaid Item Strike will be issued.

All payments with Washington shipping addresses must add WA sales tax to their total payment.

Shipping:
We can only ship to the address given by Paypal with your paypal payment. We cannot ship to an alternate address. Most items are shipped within 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) of receiving payment.
Winners of multiple auctions may be able to combine shipments for a shipping discount. (2-4 auction = 20% total shipping discount 5+ auctions = 35% total shipping discount) Multiple auctions must be paid for on the same invoice in order to receive this discount. Please request a combined shipping invoice for multiple items when bidding is all done before you pay. Sorry discounts not taken cannot be later refunded. Request combined shipping invoice before paying to avoid this. Larger combined payments may take longer to ship.
We ship items Fedex and USPS. Most item's of $50 or more will only be shipped fedex. Orders exceeding $100 will be shipped signature required. Shipping method is at our discretion.
Any customers wishing to have their item shipped to Alaska or Hawaii must contact us prior to bidding to receive approval. Shipping to AK or HI will require additional fees and arrival time will be delayed. If prior approval was not acquired prior to making payment, your money will be refunded.
