    Paypal is our preferred and easiest method of payment for all orders. Accept credit and debit cards instantly, or invoice. If for some reason Paypal isn't viable for your payment, please contact us. Payment methods other than Paypal are acceptable.

Do you ship international?
Some products may be shipped outside the USA. Please check the item's listing for shipment details.

What happens after I have paid for my item?
Orders are normally processed each day Monday thru Friday. Usually, if your payment is received after 3:00 P.M. (Eastern Time) or on a weekend, it is processed on the next business day. Within hours of processing your order, we pick out the items you have selected and prepare them for shipment. If there's ever a problem with an order, we'll contact you ASAP.

What shipping methods do you have available?
We ship most of our items via USPS and Fedex. All of our items ship under our own USPS and Fedex account, no exceptions.

When can I expect my order to arrive?
After your order has been processed and shipped, Shipping carrier usually takes 1-6 business days to deliver depending. We are not processing overnight or expedited shipping at this time. Please feel free to contact us for shipping quotes. Transit time is based on shipping location and begins after processing. Processing time varies based on stock availability. Some exceptions may apply to oversized and overweight items. 

How much are the shipping fees?

DOMESTIC: The shipping fees for all of our products are clearly stated on the checkout page. The fees cover standard shipping.
INTERNATIONAL: Int’l shipping is calculated based on size/weight/destination combined. Import duties, taxes, and other charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and vary by country. Please check with your customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase.


Do I have to pay sales tax?
Since we are an FL company, we are required by state law to charge 7.5% sales tax when shipping to FL addresses only.

Do you allow local pickup at your location?
Yes, we do allow for local pickup during our business hours of operation 9am-6pm MON-SAT.

What do I do if my package was lost or damaged?
If a package arrives damaged, please contact us and hold onto the merchandise and all packing materials until advised otherwise by the shipment company. If your shipment does not arrive when anticipated, you can contact us for further details.
