Q:Can you mark Customs Documentation as 'Gift' or lower declared value?
A:NO! US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior, so please DON'T ASK! Customs documentation WILL be marked as merchandise with the value declared as amount paid for the item(s).
Q:Is this item New, Sealed, Authentic?
A:ALL of our items are Authentic, Brand New in un-opened/sealed condition (unless stated otherwise in the item description)
Q:The tracking number you provided does not show any updates - what's going on?
A:Numbers provided by the US Postal Service (stamps.com) are NOT full tracking numbers. United States shipments receive a delivery confirmation number, which may not show any updates until delivery. International shipments receive a customs label number which does not provide any tracking, but may be used to locate your package in customs.
