| A:We do accept returns with the following conditions: If we made an error (shipped wrong product, incomplete order, etc.) we will pay for return shipping and re-shipping the correct item. If you change your mind: (wrong color, size, changed mind, etc.) we ask that you pay for return shipping and pay a nominal 10% restocking fee not to exceed $10.00 |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Yes, when ever possible, ask for a combined invoice after your wins are in. Please limit your wins to within 2 days of each other. Please no combined shipments longer than 2 days or over the weekend. The reason is that our consignors want paid for their items. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, DHL Ground, or USPS Priority shouldn't take longer than 4 business days coast to coast, we also offer 1 or 2 day Air on domestic shipments, and faster options are available Worldwide as well. Just email or call. |

| A:If the items are identical in weight and size, for example 1:24 scale diecast cars, the 1st car is regular shipping price, each addtl car is $3.00 more, items of different weights and sizes, please email for a custom quote. |

| A:Yes, if you are in the Springfield, IL area or want to make the the trip, all auction format items can be picked up for free, buy it now items may not be held locally, so email or call before. |

| A:Yes, only if you pickup the item or your ship to address is in the State of Illinois. Exception, if you are a reseller and have the required certificate, fax it to 217-391-4305. |
