All items shipped using UPS, FedEx, or DHL come with $100 insurance. Please inspect your item for carrier damage. You only have 14 days to report damage to the shipper for reimbursement. All items shipped USPS Priority Mail or First Class mail do not carry insurance unless you selected to add the insurance during your Paypal payment. All USPS insurance claims and claims with other carriers over $100 are handled by Discount Shipping Insurance (DSI), 1-866-852-9956. Claims must be filed with DSI directly.
