2) INTERNATIONAL FLAT RATE SHIPPING is $14.95 for a small flat rate box ... or $39.85 for a medium flat rate box up to 20 pounds.

3) SHIPPING FEES AS ADVERTISED IN AUCTION plus this discount: Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of the item plus a small cost for tracking (US only,) packing and office supplies. The first item is charged its advertised shipping fee. The second and each additional item on combined invoice is charged its advertised shipping fee less $1.00. THEREFOR THE DISCOUNT IS $1.00 OFF THE ADVERTISED SHIPPING FEE ON EACH ADDITIONAL ITEM on a combined invoice.
