Q: I would like to talk to a live person, do you have a phone number?

A: Yes we do! And it’s totally toll-free within the USA. Just call 1-800-838-6194 during normal business hours (we’re on Central time, just FYI). If you need to contact us after hours, just email us at sales@sprinterzone.com

 

Q: How will I know the item will fit my car?

A: We try to be as clear as we can in our item descriptions. Descriptions should include all the information you need to be sure the item fits your make and model. If you are not sure though, just contact us and we can help you out.

 

Q: I can’t find the part I need in your store or auctions. What should I do?

A: Just contact us by phone or email and we can help you find the part you need. We have a larger inventory than what is listed on Ebay so there’s a good chance we can help you out.

 

Q: I live outside of the USA and would like to purchase a part from you. Can you ship it to me?

A: No, sorry. We do not ship outside of the contiguous 48 United States.

 

Q: I need a quote on shipping cost. Can you give me an estimate before I buy?

A: Absolutely! Just call or email us with the part information and we will let you know how much it should cost.

 

Q: I need to return a part/item I purchased from you. What do I need to do?

A: Contact us as soon as possible, We will go over our return policy with you and determine if the purchase qualifies for a full or partial refund. Once this has been determined, we will give you instructions on shipping the item back and when you can receive your refund. We strive for complete customer satisfaction so please help us to help you with your problem.

 

Q: If I pay you with a money order or cashiers check are you willing to send the remaining balance back to me?

A: No. Money Orders and cashiers checks must be prior approved and must be issued from the United States for the EXACT amount due. In addition, your part(s) will not be shipped until these funds have been thoroughly processed by our bank. This could take from one to three weeks for full processing. Anything falling outside of these restrictions will be reported as a SCAM to Ebay and all relevant authorities.

 

Q: When should I Give or Receive Feedback?

A: You should leave feedback once you have received your part and examined or installed it. Once you have left feedback for us, we will return the favor as soon as possible. Please contact us with any problems you may have before leaving negative or neutral feedback. We want you, the customer, to be completely satisfied and will work with you to resolve any problems you may have.
