Most orders are shipped on the same or next business day. We typically send out tracking numbers the day after the item ships. Under the terms of sale, unless specifically stated otherwise, we reserve the right to ship within 5 business days. If, for any reason, we cannot ship within 5 business days, the Buyer has the option to cancel the order with full refund or wait until the backorder can be filled. Shipping fees and/or return shipping costs are not refundable. We are not responsible for transit time or delays caused by UPS, FedEx, USPS or any other carrier. We are not responsible for any item(s) lost or damaged in transit. We ship to the address you provide and use the shipping method you select.
