RETURN POLICY
- Items received that are defective or damaged can be returned within 10 days of receiving the item. We will replace the item and ship it back at no extra charge.
- If an item is purchased in error or if you are unhappy with the way an item looks you may return the item back within 7 days of receiving the item for a refund or exchange. Return shipping costs will not be refunded.
- Genuine Harley-Davidson Parts and Accessories carry a factory warranty but each part is different so please ask if you have questions.
- All electrical parts and accessories CAN NOT BE RETURNED.
- All returned items must be in the original packaging and the items must be in the same condition as when we shipped them out or full credit may not be awarded.
BIDDING AGREEMENT
- Descriptions and fitments are printed by the manufacturer’s specifications. We are not responsible for custom applications and any fitments that do not correctly match listed descriptions. If you are unsure and have any questions about a specific fitment please feel free to let us know and we will do our best to help you out.
- We reserve the right to cancel an auction at any given time.
- All items up for auction are brand new unless otherwise stated.
- INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for any tariffs, taxes, and/or duties that are required by any country for the import of the item that purchased and shipped to the customer. We also cannot get a quote for any taxes or tariffs that might be occurred. Please check with your local customs or post office for these fees and prices.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
- Buyer is responsible for shipping, handling, and any insurance costs that are included with the final sale.
- We do combine shipping for multiple items and if you are interested in what the costs might be please email us with the items in question and we can get you a quote.
- For domestic and international shipping we use United States Postal Service and UPS. Domestic shipping and handling times are 2-5 days and international shipping and handling times are 5-10 days. For arrival times please refer to www.usps.com or www.ups.com and refer to the level of service and your location.
- Due to certain shipping restrictions, the shipping method may need to be changed after the final sale is processed.
- Expedited shipping can be obtained. Please email us with your shipping information for a cost quote.
- Do to the unstable gas prices all freight shipping quotes are estimates and subject to change. The price may change due to shipping company prices changing. We will due our best to keep the price the same as quoted.
PAYMENT
- All orders placed and shipped in Minnesota will be charged 6.75% sales tax on the agreed purchase price of the item(s) being auctioned.
- We accept all major credit cards: VISA, Master Card, Discover, and PayPal.
- All credit card payments must have a confirmed billing address at the time of purchase.
