Q:What is the time limit on returns/exchanges?
A:We accept returns within 30 days. Please contact us when you wish return or exchange an item to receive clear instructions on how to proceed.
Q:Do you offer a size chart?
A:Yes, some listings offer a size chart and some have a link by the written description. Remember, these are general measurements and actual measurements may vary.
Q:Do you provide tracking numbers?
A:Yes, you will automatically receive tracking/confirmation numbers when the package clears our shipping department.
Q:What do I do if I ordered the wrong size?

Q:I live in the US and I want to expedite an order. What do I do?

Q:I have just won an auction. Can I change the size or color of the item?
A:All auction sales will be shipped as sold. We can accept exchanges depending on availability if needed, but the price may vary on the exchanged item.
Q:Can I exchange or refurn a helmet?
A:Due to health and safety reasons we cannot take exchanges or returns on helmets.
Q:Do you ship First Class?
A:Yes, we do have some items available to ship First Class in the US. When a package is shipped via First Class it does receive a tracking number from the USPS and may take a bit longer to arrive.
Q:What service do you use to ship in the US?
A:We use both UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail. Which service that we use will depend on the weight, value, and shipping address of the package. If you do have a shipping preference please leave a message in the eBay notes when you order.

Q:Do you combine shipping?
A:Yes. we do offer combined shipping discounts. To receive the combined shipping discount and ship multiple items together just request a total before you pay. This allows us to combine the orders and adjust the shipping for you. Do not pay until all items are on the invoice. Please contact us if you have any problems.
Q:What is your return policy? (U.S. and Canada orders Only)
A:All items must be returned in same as received condition with all tags attached, etc. Damaged item or requests for another size, if we have the size, are at no cost. Returns for refund may be subject to a restocking fee. Shipping is not refundable (exception is damaged item) and returned shipping is your expense. NO RETURNS ON HELMETS or CLEAR
Q:How do I make a return? (U.S. and Canada orders Only)
A:Please contact us prior to returning any item for instructions. All returns must be initiated within 21 days, or if purchased between October 15th and December 24th, by Jaunary 10th of the following year.
Q:When can I expect my International shipped order to arrive?
A:We ship international orders by USPS Priority Airmail so your order is trackable and shipping is quicker. Orders normally reach your country's Customs within 7-12 business days. However, Customs and local delivery takes time to process your order which can be a week or even longer. Please allow 2 weeks total time for delivery before contacting us
Q:What is your shipping and handling cost? Why does it seem more than the cost of postage?
A:Shipping and handling cost are detailed in every listing. We price our items to reflect the true cost of them and to not include our expenses of shipping. Shipping expenses include postage, packaging, boxes, insurance, and shipping dept. employee labor.
Q:Do you offer Second-Day or Next-Day shipping?
A:Yes. Please contact us for a quote.
Q:How do I adjust my H-D Bulova watch?
A:We recommend you visit a local jeweler or watch dealer if you need links removed or finer adjustment made. They normally do not charge for this service. Visit www.bulova.com for all your answers.
Q:Can I pick-up my order at St. Paul Harley-Davidson?
A:Yes, first make your purchase and then contact us prior to payment. We will adjust your invoice to reflect no shipping/handling charge. Next, pay for your item and then contact us to arrange to have your order ready when you arrive.
Q:On my international order, can you tell me what Customs/duties costs will be? Can you declare my International order as a gift or reduce the cost on the invoice?
A:Intenational orders have customs and duties fees & taxes. They vary so much and we can't attempt to quote these. We will not declare your order as a gift to you or declare a lower price on the item as we are a commercial business and this is against laws to do so which protects you and us.
