Shipping for USA customers:
USA customers: Merchandise totals of $75.00 and above ship for a flat $5.00 via USPS Priority Mail. Merchandise totals of $100.00 or more receive free shipping (Priority Mail or UPS Ground). For merchandise totals under $75.00, shipping cost will not exceed $10 (via USPS).
Please always request a total to maximize your shipping discount.
There is a radio button on the checkout page that reads 'request total from seller'. Click this, and an email will be sent to StarLitStudio that you desire an invoice. Or, you can send a message via the My Messages eBay fourm, or an email to starlitstudio@comcast.net.
The eBay shipping calculator does not work. It does not read weights of items nor does it recognize our shipping cost caps. All invoicing must be done manually at this time.
If you paid and are due a shipping refund, all refunds ($1.00 or more) for shipping overages are immediately returned (via Paypal) when your parcel ships. We ship every postal day including Saturdays. Shipping refunds under $1.00 are compensated for with May Arts ribbons or embellishments from our store line.
A note about ribbon by the yard - shipping discount: $1.50 for first unit; $0.20 units two through six; $0.10 thereafter. Units can be all the same style or an assortment. Please see individual listings for the number of yards per unit.
(An example: Bought ten units of ribbon? Shipping is $2.90 First Class Mail) Please request total so this adjustment can be made.
International customers: Merchandise totals of $75 or above receive a $5 shipping credit. Merchandise totals $100 or over receive a $10 credit.

Shipping for customers outside the USA:
Please request a total when you have finished shopping.

International shipping costs are actual shipping costs plus $3.00 for handling and insurance. Insurance is carried on the entire amount of merchandise purchased. Customer/Buyer is responsible for any applicable taxes or duty charges.
We ship all parcels International First Class if under 4 pounds, unless Priority Mail International is less or your preference. We will ship any method of your choosing as long as insurance equal to the value of the merchandise is carried on the parcel.
Insurance is required for all parcels leaving the USA due to the current inavailablity of a reasonable tracking method from the United States Postal Service.
