Instead of black ink, I received colored ink. I should be happy because the colored one is more expensive and I paid for the black one. The problem was that I needed a black color. The seller did not respond to my email.

Order arrived as described, but I have issues with seller communication. I bought this as a gift, so when I politely inquired about an update on shipping it took two messages to get a response and I was met with condescention and unprofessionalism. "Why are you so concerned with the movement of this item?" Is not how to talk to buyers. Just answer the question and move on. As a longtime collector of vintage electronics and this will be the last time I give this seller any of my money.
