Hello,, Im so sorry you feel like this. You chose the slowest shipping option at check and after we shipped the item you contacted us to change it. You paid 14.00 to ship an item to the opposoite side of the globe. The true cost to us to ship this to you was actully 24.56. We answered your ONLY email to us requesting to change the shipping type simple saying that we are so sorry that once the item is shipped, it is literally impossible for us to change the shipping method.
