USPS New Changes Notice!

I am sure all of you have heard about the new changes from USPS. They have changed the name of several of their shipping options and prices have gone up. Due to the changes, now all of the items I sell qualify as "First Class mail retail parcels" because they are over 3/4" thick. "First Class mail retail parcel" rate is almost double the previous rate! The cost of delivery confirmation has gone up as well. Because of this, I had to make some changes to my shipping prices and discounts.

Instead of my previous discounted shipping rate of 25 cents per additional auction you will receive FREE SHIPPING on combined purchases totaling $30 or more! If your purchase is below $30, shipping will be calculated by adding the weight of all items you have purchased together and shipping & handling costs will be determined from the weight. • For US buyers, I accept payment by Paypal (credit cards accepted), personal check, or money orders. For international buyers (including Canada), I only accept payment by Paypal as my bank charges me $4 for every non-US money order & personal check I deposit.
• Payment MUST be received within 10 days of the auction end date or a non-paying buyer alert will be sent through eBay.
  
  
  

• Please use the shipping calculator on each auction page to determine shipping and handling charges. Item will be mailed via USPS uninsured first class mail in the US or via uninsured USPS first class mail international unless otherwise specified. The shipping cost includes the cost of shipping, delivery confirmation (US only), handling and packaging. Insurance is optional and available for an additional charge. All my auctions have a 100% guarantee. If you have any problems with your purchase, please contact me via e-mail before leaving feedback and we will find a resolution.
• A customs form will be filled out for every purchase shipped internationally (including Canada). Items must be mailed legally, therefore I will not mark the package as gift or commercial sample and you will be required to pay taxes on the item when it arrives. Please keep this in mind when bidding on the item.
• Item will ship within 2 days of auction end if you pay with Paypal (not Paypal eCheck). Paypal eCheck & personal check will ship within 2 days after your check clears. Money orders ship within 2 days after payment is received. Payment via Paypal is preferred.
• Save on shipping! When you purchase multiple items, save on combined shipping! The weight of all items you have purchased will be added together and shipping & handling costs will be determined from the weight. Please email me for combined shipping quotes. Spend $30 or more in purchases and get FREE SHIPPING! In order to get the combined shipping rate, do not pay for each item separately. I will send you a combined invoice for all items with the discounted rate, please wait to pay until I send you the invoice. If you pay for each item separately, you will not received the combined shipping rate.
