If an order is placed on Friday, a proof will be sent Monday
as long as all personalization information is provided.
**Proofs are emailed within 48 hours of purchase. If you
do not receive a proof, please check the following:

~Your current email address is registered with ebay
IF NO RESPONSE IS RECEIVED WITHIN 7 DAYS
OF EMAILING A PROOF, I WILL PRINT AND SHIP THE ORDER.
*If you receive a product that you are not satisfied with,
you must contact me within 7 days of recieving the package
in order to be considered for a refund.
