Step It Up Family Shoes accepts Paypal, money orders or personal checks. For payment by Paypal or money order we will ship next day after receipt of payment. For payment by check we will ship 10 days after receipt of payment. We highly recommend the use of Paypal, if you don't have an account with them it only takes a few minutes to create one. Payment must be received in 7 days or item will be relisted and appropriate feedback left.

We are proud to offer some of the finest shoes in the industry. If you are unhappy with your order you may return your purchase within 30 days of shipment for a refund or exchange. Refunds will be for invoiced price less shipping and handling. If shoes are sent for an exchange, customer will pay actual shipping charges(no handling fee) for replacement shoes. Shoes must be in original condition to be accepted for returns/exchange(unless defective).
