*** ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING ***

We know you look forward to receiving your purchase,
and our goal is to get your order to you as quickly
as we can. Because we are a small business, we generally ship within
5-7 BUSINESS DAYS.

By special request and an additional processing fee
we may be able to expedite your order.
Please ask BEFORE you purchase if we
can accommodate you and if you need your
item shipped sooner than 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS.



*** ORDER PROCESSING TIME ***

Our business days are Monday - Friday from 8 AM - 2 PM Pacific STD time.
Please note ; We DO NOT process orders on Saturdays or Sundays.
Shipping and order processing is closed on those days.
We also are closed on ALL major US Holidays
ie. Christmas, Thanksgiving, Labor Day, Presidents Day etc...

As with any business, there will be times when we will be closed
for maintenance of our store or for vacation breaks.
When this is the case the DATES OF CLOSURE WILL BE CLEARLY DISPLAYED
at the top of each listing page and on our store home page.
During times of closure there will be delays in processing of your order.

If there are any other processing delays we will always notify
you to let you know the status of your order.

IF YOU WANT A TRACKING NUMBER E-MAILED TO YOU
PLEASE NOTIFY US BY SEPERATE E-MAIL
NOT IN THE PAYPAL CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS.

It is simple to look up tracking numbers on e-bay in your account
under the purchase history and many people do.
We will be glad to send you tracking information
BUT if we do not get an e-mail from you
asking for this service we will assume you can find the
information on your e-bay account.

We accept PAYPAL and FOR CERTAIN ITEMS, US Postal Money Orders
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS - PAYPAL ONLY

NO CHECKS - NO EXCEPTIONS -

Payment must be made within seven (7) CALENDAR days of auction end.
Non-payment or lack of notification of intent
to pay within the seven day period will result
in a non-payment dispute being opened with e-bay
and any and/or all of the following will occur-

Item will be relisted

Non-payment strike on your e-bay account

IMMEDIATE Block from all of our future listings

Reporting of non-payment history to the
Online auction selling association

Please pay in a timely manner - we appreciate it.

*** RETURNS & EXCHANGES ***

We must be notified WITHIN SEVEN DAYS of the receipt of your
item(according to USPS delivery confirmation) of any problems with your purchase.

After seven days we reserve the right to deny returns,
exchanges or other service options regarding purchase.

Items that are custom made are not returnable.

Defective items (not referring to items damaged due to postal abuse)
will be replaced with like or similar items based on availability.

You must pay shipping for any return of items to us and insure the package.
We can not issue a replacement or refund unless we receive it,
so please insure to protect yourself from loss in the mail.


In the event that any refund is agreed upon, shipping
and handling or insurance charges will NOT be refunded.

If you have a feedback rating of less than 10
please contact us before buying.
We reserve the right to refuse service to
individuals with extremely poor feedback ratings.

IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR ORDER

Please contact us before leaving feedback
if there is a problem.
Feedback is a rating reflecting the seller's services and the product.
We offer excellent service. We work with
you to make sure that you are satisfied.
If you do not tell us there is a problem,
we will not know how to fix it.
If you leave a poor feedback rating before
contacting us you have not given us
a fair opportunity to remedy any issues

If a buyer leaves us a poor feedback rating
without giving us the opportunity to remedy the situation
we reserve the right to block them from all future auctions.

Please be advised that in doing so, you also waive your options
to a refund, return or exchange on any item
if you bypass giving us the opportunity
to fix the problem before leaving us feedback.
