Do you resize rings and bands?
We do resize rings and bands. When you buy a ring or band, please write to us your requested ring size, while processing your payment in our checkout system. The information asked is your requested ring size and gold color (Yellow or White gold).
If I have a particular jewelry model that I want, are you able to fulfill my requested jewelry item?
Of course, we can prepare any diamond jewelry that you'd like, contact us and make sure to have a photo on .jpg that you can send us to:royal.diamonds.jewelry@gmail.com
We will also need your requested ring size (if the item is a ring) and your requested diamond specification (Cut, Carat, Clarity and Color).
How long will it take to receive my jewelry item?
Please allow 3 to 4 business days to receive an item after we ship it.
If I am not satisfied, can I get my money back?

What size are your rings and bands?
Our rings and bands are custom made for you. If you are the winning bidder, you may choose any size (in the range of 5 to 9) and we will make you a ring that will fit perfectly (please contact us if you need a different ring size).
