steve.grace1 sells ONLY BRAND NEW, FIRST QUALITY merchandise purchased directly from manufacturers, retailers and designers. We DO NOT SELL irregular or refurbished items. All garments are unworn and shipped in garment bags. |

To cancel your bid BEFORE the auction has ended, please visit eBay's Bid Retraction page.
To cancel your bid AFTER the auction/Buy It Now has ended you will need to contact steve.grace1 . Since eBay charges steve.grace1 seller fees for every item we list, we must contact eBay for reimbursement of those fees when an item is not paid for. The eBay "unpaid item" notification can negatively impact your account with eBay.

| If an item didn't sell at auction, how do I purchase it? |
steve.grace1 lists hundreds of garments a week on eBay. When a garment does not sell it is usually relisted within a few weeks. |
| Do you have bidding limits set? |
steve.grace1 has bidding limits in place of 10 items per person within 10 working days. |

| Have you received my payment? |
steve.grace1 has an automated confirmation email once your payment is identified. If you have not received this email within 1 working day for Paypal and within 3 working days for bank deposit of making payment, please contact us as we may be unable to locate your payment. |
| How do I pay for my eBay purchases? |
If you are the winning bidder on an auction, please click the checkout button located in the invoice you will receive upon winning the auction to complete eBay’s online checkout. |
| How long do I have to pay for my eBay purchases? |
We kindly request that payment be made within 5 days of auction end. If you are bidding on multiple auctions to save on combined shipping, the auctions must end within 7 days of each other or they must be checked-out separately. Items purchased outside of the 7 day block will not be combined. |
| Can I mail you my payment? |
Yes (Australian Residents Only!) - Once you have completed your online checkout, you may mail us a Money Order. Please be sure to write your ebay user ID on the Money Order! Please use the "Checkout" button in the item listing and you will receive payment instructions.

If you have taken advantage of our generous return policy then please email us once you have won an item and we will adjust the cost for you and give you new payment instructions, or feel free to call us on (03) 93148418 and we will arange it over the phone for you. Credits are valid for 1 year. |

Yes! If you purchase multiple items we can combine any unpaid items into one order as long as purchased within 3 days. We do request you checkout all items within within 7 days of auction end. Please note that once combined, items may not be removed from orders and payment must be made for the entire order. |

Shipments are subject to local duties, taxes and fees. Since each country is different, steve.grace1 is not able to assist in collecting those duties and all duties, taxes and fees must be paid by the customer upon delivery (COD) of the package.

No. By law we are required to ship all our packages as commercial shipments. We do understand that duties and taxes are often collected on these purchases and we hope the savings you are enjoying by shopping with steve.grace1 makes shopping with us worthwhile. |

| What is your return policy? |
If we sent you the wrong item by mistake, (color, size, etc), other than stated in the auction description, please return the parcel by marking it "return to sender" and email us the same day. We will replace the item immediately at our own cost. (Including postage)
If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason (other than the above mentioned exceptions), contact us immediately. If the problem is deemed to be at our end a compromise may be reached. This is entirely at our discretion. Buyer must then return the item in original state, within 7 days of agreement being reached. We strongly suggest either insure the parcel or send it by express post for your own protection. Buyer is responsible for all postage costs. |
