The payment is due within seven (7) days after the close of the bid. Exceptions may be made if contacted prior to the seventh (7th) day and agreed upon. If payment has not been received and arrangements have not been made on the tenth (10th) day the item will be re-listed and a non-paying bidder alert will be filed.
