A large number of items in Stewart's are electronics & you will see in our listing the words refurbished meaning it has been gone over by a tech and set back to factory specifications and restored meaning it has been gone through and all lights, inputs and outputs, meters, etc, have been fixed so the item is working 100% It is very important to us that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase and that we receive positive feedback. We want our customers to be assured they are getting what they pay for. If you do receive an item and it's not working as to our listing please give us a chance to correct the problem so we can maintain our good standing and continue to keep our buyers happy! We do our best to package all our items securely but on rare occasions in transport the items get bounced around and they don't work properly. In which case we will work with you 100% to get your damage claim approved. In the past we have gotten emails telling us that some of our prices are kind of high & to that we respond you get what you pay for. Fee's for a good technician are not cheap!
