STORE AND SHIPPING POLICIES
Let me introduce myself. My name is Tracy Conway and I am the owner of the store. I am a licensed retailer and have been for several years. All items being sold are directly from the manufacturer, new and in their original packaging as provided by the manufacturer unless otherwise stated in the description.
All items are maintained in a smoke free, climate controlled environment. All items are in stock. Occasionally there may be an error in inventory. If this happens, you will be contacted and offered another item of your choice or a refund. This is a small family business and we are here to help.
All questions are answered promptly. If you ever find you don't receive an answer, please assume we didn't get it because that happens sometimes, and resend it. We hope you find everything you need.We will also consider additional discounts if you are placing an order over $150.00. Contact us prior to purchase for further information on this matter. Do not make your purchase and then ask for a discount because we will not be able to help then.
PAYMENT
Do not pay until you receive an invoice from me with my name on it. Do not assume the shipping rate you see is what you will pay. It could very well be less, it will never be more. For example, we are located in NJ. If you are a buyer from PA your shipping will be much less than say a buyer from CA. The highest price is listed but shipping will always be adjusted accordingly. However, if you pay without waiting for a correct invoice you will not be refunded the difference. We get charged by Paypal to issue refunds like that so you can see how that could be a problem. If you ever have any questions, please contact me prior to purchase.
You will always receive combined shipping!! Do not be put off by the amount ebay calculates, it is incorrect. Do not pay without contacting me first. Depending on your location the shipping may be less then the amount you are seeing and it will be adjusted. Shipping is based on weight and we try to stay as close to actual shipping as we can. Depending on what you purchase, there may be a small handling fee. Please understand these costs are to cover our packaging products. Once you receive an order, you will appreciate the time and effort that went in to packaging your items to ensure their safe arrival.
Payment is due within 7 days of receiving your invoice via paypal only. Please request an invoice once you are done. Do not pay without receiving an invoice or you will be over paying in shipping. Please understand that it costs the store money to issue a refund so we prefer you follow policy.
SHIPPING
Once we receive cleared payment, your items will ship within 2-4 business days.Shipping for USA customers is free on all orders totaling $100.00 or more. International customers will receive a discount in shipping on all orders totaling $100.00 and up.NO SHIPPING TO BRAZIL AND ITALY. NO EXCEPTIONS.
MISSING ITEMS
We are a small business as well as a very busy family and we may occasionally overlook an item. If that happens we sincerely apologize and ask that you please contact us immediately and we are more than happy to ship it out immediately and at our expense of course.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
It gets quite difficult sometimes to be exact in our inventory. We have crops here, sometimes the count was just put in wrong, sometimes an item is damaged, etc. This may , at times, cause our count to be off. Please understand that if that happens, we will issue a refund for the missing item or if you prefer we can replace it with another item of equal value. We will make every attempt to contact you prior to shipping your items so you may have the choice of what you prefer.
RETURNS
If you receive your product and find that you are not happy with it, please contact us immediately for help. Do not send your item back to us without contacting us first for approval. We are here to help and we pride ourselves on customer service excellance and will always do what we can to assure your happiness. The item must be received back in prefect condition and in its original packaging. Buyer is responsible to ship the items back. The one and only exception to this, is if the item is defective. All items are brand new from the manufacturer and factory sealed.
Please understand that life throws all of us curveballs and while we do our best to swerve, it just doesn't always work out. No one in this world is perfect and while we do our best to go out of our way to please you and exceed your expectations, sometimes stuff just happens. We will ALWAYS do our best to rectify any situation. We are a family first and as anyone knows, in any family, anything can happen. We are a very friendly bunch to work with. We work long and hard and hope that your shopping experience here will be beyond wonderful.
