Condition of lights were not described in an honest manner as "open box"; 2 lights shipped were in bad shape, were supposed to be matching lights but were not, one was defective and didn't light. Seller pushed back when I asked for a refund and Ebay customer service ultimately issued the refund for the Seller. I would not buy from this seller again.
