eBay has instituted a 5 star rating system (during feedback) to rate sellers in four categories. We believe it is important to let our customers know that although a rating of 4 out of 5 stars seems like a good rating (IT IS NOT) as eBay considers anything less than 5 stars unsatisfactory, and will penalize a seller for having less than 5 stars. As a matter of fact a seller can be suspended if a combined star rating reaches a certain level (and yes it's above the 4.0 level!). We ship all items within 24 hours of payment. We have even offered FREE shipping, on some of our items, only to receive less than 5 stars in return. We will get the item to the Post Office in a timely manner, but don't hold us liable for their performance as we don't have any control over the situation. Please consider the star rating you leave us with care as we want to be able to continue to stay in business and offer you great items for your collection. |
