eBay has instituted a 5 star rating system (during feedback) to rate sellers in four categories. I believe it is important to let my customers know that although a rating of 4 out of 5 stars seems like a good rating ,IT IS NOT, as eBay considers anything less than 5 stars unsatisfactory, and will penalize a seller for having less than 5 stars. As a matter of fact a seller can be suspended if a combined star rating reaches a certain level (and yes it's above the 4.0 level!). I ship all items within 48 hours of payment. I have even offered FREE shipping, on some of our items, only to receive less than 5 stars in return. I will get the item to the Post Office in a timely manner, but please don't hold me liable for their performance as I don't have any control over the situation. Please consider the star rating you leave me with care as I want to be able to continue to stay in business and offer you great items for your collection. |
