Time

First-Class Mail International

No tracking or insurance available.  Delivery time is not guaranteed but typically runs about 1-2 weeks to Canada and 2-3 weeks to most other countries on our 1^st Class International list.  Please wait 20 calendar days from shipment date but no more than 45 days after shipment date before initiating a lost package inquiry to allow for clearance through customs. 

We are only set up to ship via First-Class International to a limited number of countries:

Canada – UK – Ireland – Germany

France – Belgium – Netherlands - Switzerland

Norway – Denmark – Sweden
Spain – Portugal

Australia – New Zealand – Japan – Hong Kong

South Korea – Thailand – Malaysia - Singapore

Priority Mail International

Insured Global Shipping.  Limited tracking information is available.  Usually takes 10 business days.  Available only to the countries we offer 1^st Class service to.

Priority Mail International Flat-Rate Envelope

No tracking or insurance available.  Usually takes 10 business days.  Available only to the countries we offer 1^st Class service to.  Not available for orders over $50 in value or for items too large for the box (about the size of a VHS tape).

Express Mail International Shipping

Insured Global Shipping with tracking. Usually takes 3-5 business days.  Recommended for all countries and the only shipping method available to countries not on our 1^st Class Mail list above.
