PAYMENTS

We accept the following methods of payment:

• PayPal (preferred)
• Cashiers checks or money orders (must be drawn on a US bank)
• Personal checks (must be drawn on a US bank)
• Mailed payments must be sent either USPS Priority Mail or USPS Return Receipt Requested.  This policy is for your protection as a buyer, and our protection as sellers.

SHIPPING

• Our preferred method of shipment is USPS Priority Mail, or Express Mail if you request "Get it Fast" service.  Why do we like US Postal Service?  We live in a very rural area, and have found that UPS shipments usually carry a "fuel surcharge".  The Post Office provides more economical shipping in most cases.  
• We always try to ship within one business day of receipt of payment via PayPal.  Checks of any kind must clear our bank prior to shipment (usually 3-4 business days).  We will always communicate any anticipated delays in shipping, and we will always let you know via email when your product has shipped, and any tracking number if appropriate.

WARRANTIES AND RETURNS

• Used and vintage product is shipped as-is, with no implied warranties.  Much of our vintage inventory is acquired at estate sales and flea markets/garage sales.  Therefore, we cannot guarantee that any vintage product has been in a smoke free or pet free environment.
• New products will be warrantied against defects in materials and workmanship only.  No other warranty is implied.  Warranties do not cover any incidental or consequential expenses.
• If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, we will resolve the issue, either by product replacement (when possible) or purchase price refund.  Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receipt (unless otherwise specified in the product listing), in original packaging.  Please contact us at stumpfen@earthlink.net prior to sending any product back.  We cannot accept any returns without prior contact.

PRIVACY POLICY

Your privacy is as important to us as it is to you, and we certainly hope you feel the same way.  Stumpfwerks Collectibles will never sell, publish, or make available, to any corporation or individual,  ANY of your personal information, including name, email, address, etc.  All online transactions, including credit card purchases, are handled via PayPal, so we never see your credit information.  We like that, and we trust that you do, too.
