Wig

1. Wig Care Instructions

How to Wear Your Wig
Brush your hair off your face at the top and sides. If your hair is long, use pins to take it off your face, back at the sides, and up at the nape. (You can use a wig liner or wig cap to hold your hair in place.)
Hold your wig at the sides (most wigs have ear tabs) with the woven label at the base back. Place it at your natural hairline and slide it on from front to back.
Adjust the wig as needed so the front edge is just over your natural hairline. Use the ear tabs to center your wig from left to right. Tuck in any stray hairs at the front, sides and nape.

General Tips:
Try the “shake and go” method. Many styles need only a good shake or finger styling and they’re ready to wear.
Don’t try to get every hair perfectly in place. This can make your wig look “unnatural.”
Use wig brushes, combs and other styling accessories, e.g. wig shampoo and wig oil spray. They make styling easier and extend the life of your wig.
For tight curly or ringlet styles, give the wig a shake, then gently lift and separate the curls with a pick comb or your fingers.  DO NOT BRUSH.
For wavy styles with loose curls, brush lightly with a wig styling brush or pick comb using short, lifting strokes—just enough to relax the style.
For long curly styles, use your fingers or a pick comb to gently lift and separate the curls. DO NOT BRUSH.
For Straight Styles, gently brush. Try not to stretch the hair or fibers.

Synthetic Styles:
It is advisable to invest in wig conditioners or wig spray. Do not use hairspray unless it is made only for synthetic fibers. Do not use heated styling tools such as hair dryers and curling irons or other heat sources.
Some wigs have a “packing” top (shorter fibers at the root/base of the wig). These shorter fibers are there to give bulk and volume to the wig.
A light combing from the root base in an upward direction with a wide tooth comb/brush will blend them in with the other, longer fibers. Then, using your fingers, pick out strands and move them in the direction of the style you want to achieve.
You may want to do this with fingers that are slightly damp or spray a fine mist of water over the wig when styling.
The new “"FUTURA" synthetic fiber can take heat up from 320˚F- 400˚F.

100% Human Hair and Human Hair Blend Styles:
Use the low to medium temperature setting on 100% human hair wig to protect human hair. The high heat setting will dry the human hair. Try to keep the temperature setting lower than 300˚ F.

How to use curling irons on the wigs: Use small section of hair each time, roll the iron up and hold it for about 10 - 15 seconds. Open the curling iron and move it out from the hair. But don’t release the curls. Use your hand to hold the curls till the hair are cold, and then release the curls.

Washing:
Before washing, gently ease any tangles, being careful not to stretch the fibers.
To wash, soak the wig in a large basin of cold water and wig shampoo for 5-10 minutes. You will then rinse in COLD water till all the soap is rinsed out.
Do not use any hot water at this time as the styling and curl will be removed from the wig.
Place wig on a towel or stand to air dry. Do NOT brush wig while it’s wet.
When the wig is completely dry, gently ease out tangles. Most wigs have a pre-set style which bounces back after washing.

Storing:
When not in use, store the wig for short periods of time on a wig stand. When storing the wig for a longer periods of time, fold carefully and put in the box.

2. How do I choose the right wig?

Whatever the reason you're looking for a wig, whether you're a newbie or a wiggy, there are several factors to consider. Here's an overview of things to learn and keep in mind while wig shopping.

Learn your cap size: Most adults (male and female) will fit an average cap size. However, you should still make sure of your size before purchasing a wig for the first time. If your head size is smaller or larger than average, that will be an important factor for you in selecting a wig.

Understand what type of wig will suit your needs (and budget): Not all wigs are the same. The differences in design and material make for different pros and cons. There are many terms when it comes to wigs, but don't be overwhelmed. Once you understand some main categories, you'll be well on your way.

3. Where is this wig from?

We only carry good quality brand named wigs. All wigs are made in Asia, where they are professionally treated and packaged. The synthetic fiber is from Japan. The human hair is only of the finest quality from Asia and looks very natural.

4. I have a very large / small head. Will the wig fit?

Our wigs come with an adjustable light-netting cap, which should fit head sizes from 21" to 23". All you should need to do is adjust the hooks inside the cap to the correct.

5. How do I measure my head size?

Before you measure, make sure to flatten your hair. Use a tape measure. Do not pull the tape measure; just rest it around your head as you measure. Pulling stretches the tape and will give you the wrong size.

How to measure

Use the tape measure to follow your hairline all the way around your head. Begin at the mid-point of your front hairline, moving back behind your ear, around the nape of your neck, around the other ear and back to the mid-point of your front hairline.

*Most of our wigs come with adjustable tabs that allow you to tighten or loosen the cap by 1 inch.
**We only carry Average cap sizes in our store, which will fit a head circumference of 21"-23".

6. How do I choose a wig color?

If you're new to wigs, we advise you stick close to your natural hair color. Choosing a color natural to you will ease your transition into wig-wearing and help you wear your wig with confidence. Once you're more familiar and comfortable with wigs, you can experiment with other colors.

Keep in mind when shopping in our store that while we do our best to give you an accurate picture of the color, a camera and computer screen cannot represent color perfectly. Since every monitor displays color differently, we suggest you go by the color code rather than the image. Wig color codes, for example 613 or 4/27, are pretty standard across the different wig companies. The best option is to find the color you're looking for on a color ring. You can also search for other images of the same color code online, keeping in mind your monitor may not be a perfect indicator of the in-person color.

7. What does cap construction mean and what are the different types?

Wig construction has to do with how the wig cap is made and how the hair/fibers are sewn into the cap. This will affect both what you are able to do with the wig as well as its price.

  • Capless
  • Capless wigs are constructed the same way as a standard cap but without the closed lace at the crown in order to create a more lightweight and breathable cap.

  • Hand-Tied
  • This cap construction is ideal for those with medical hair loss. Each hair is hand-tied into a lightweight mesh, allowing you to brush and part the hair any way you'd like. The hand-tied feature also creates a natural look, simulating the appearance of hair growing out of your scalp. The relatively seamless mesh makes for a breathable, comfortable fit.

  • Lace Front
  • This construction is designed to give you a nearly undetectable hairline. The hair is hand-tied into a strip of mesh along the front of the wig, meant to simulate the appearance of hair growing out of the scalp. In our store, you will see dimensions for the lace, such as 11"x1". This means the lace is 11" long by 1" wide. The 1" width is how far back the part will go. Lace front wigs are often pictured how they will come, with excess lace in front. Before wearing, you trim the extra lace right to the hairline. Adding an adhesive will help make the hairline look natural. You can also wear a lace front wig while swimming!

  • Monofilament
  • The trademark of this construction is a transparent nylon or silk mesh. This allows your natural scalp color to show through and makes for a breathable fit. The hair is hand-tied into this mesh, meant to simulate the appearance of natural hair growth and to allow the hair to be brushed or parted in different directions. A full monofilament wig has this mesh and hand-tied hair all throughout, making it both the most realistic and most expensive construction.

A monofilament top, however, is more affordable and has the monofilament mesh and hand-tied fibers only at the crown.

  • Skin Top
  • An even more affordable variation on the monofilament design is a skin top wig, also known as a skin part or French top wig. The cap construction is simply a standard wefted cap with varying amounts of skin-colored latex at the crown. This allows for a natural-looking part. (The color is pre-determined. Usually lighter hair colors will come with a light latex tone and dark hair colors will come with a dark latex tone.) There are a few different types.

    • Full Skin Top: The latex extends over the entire crown area, making it possible for you to part the hair anywhere you like.
    • Skin Part: The part design is permanent. The skin-colored latex is only along one section--the way it comes is the way it will go.
    • Center Skin Dot: This construction has a skin-colored dot in lieu of a part. The hair cannot be parted or brushed in different directions.

  • Standard (Classic)
  • This is the most common and most affordable of wig constructions. The wig fibers are machine-sewn in sections called wefts. The inside of the crown is usually closed lace. Standard wigs will often include permatease, or shorter fibers at the crown. This is meant to give volume and cover the cap.

  • 3/4 Wig or Fall
  • Sometimes also called a headband wig, these cover 3/4 of your own scalp, leaving your front hairline exposed, allowing you to blend your own hair with the wig. These wigs offer a fun and easy way to add length and volume to your own hair.

  • Hairpieces
  • Hairpieces are meant to integrate with your own hair and are not full wigs. Examples include clip-on ponytail attachments, bangs or a bun. How each one fastens to your head will vary and will be explained in the individual item listing.

8. What is the difference between mono-filament (mono) and skin top?

A mono-filament wig has a transparent nylon or silk mesh which allows your natural scalp color to show through and makes for a breathable fit. The hair is hand-tied into this mesh. Skin tops use a skin-colored latex at the crown which allows for a natural-looking part.

9.What is the difference between hair/fiber types?

All wig hair is not alike, and there are two main categories: synthetic and human hair.

  • 100% Human Hair
  • Human hair is all natural. More rare, and therefore more expensive, these are also the most realistic-looking hair type. They can be dyed, permed and styled as you would your own hair, heated styling tools and all. In addition to being more expensive, they are also heavier and do not hold their style as well as synthetic wigs. Like your own hair, human hair wigs need re-styling after wearing and washing.

  • Synthetic Fiber
  • Synthetic hair is man-made. Most synthetic wigs cannot withstand the heat of styling tools such as a blow dryer, curling iron, or straightener. Some advantages of synthetic wigs include the fact that they are generally cheaper than human hair wigs and they maintain their style much better. The style is permanent and will bounce back after washing.

People often ask if synthetic wigs can be dyed. The answer is no. Only 100% human hair wigs can be colored or permed.

  • Heat Resistant Synthetic Fiber
  • A new generation of heat-resistant synthetic fiber called Futura can withstand temperatures up to 350°F. This kind of synthetic wig can withstand the heat of straighteners, blow dryers and curling irons.

  • Human Hair Blend
  • A human hair blend is a marriage of both main hair types. Half heat-resistant synthetic fiber and half human hair, human hair blends are the best of both worlds. Because they are half synthetic, they are cheaper than 100% human hair wigs and hold their style well.

They can withstand low settings of heated styling tools while also looking more realistic than synthetic wigs. (Since they are half synthetic, human hair blends cannot be dyed or permed.) Their versatility and affordability have made human hair blends a hit in our store.

10. What kind of wig this one is?

If you scroll down on the listing page, you will see a section called "Description" on the left hand side. After you click on the Description, you will see the "Item specifics." Here you will see all the important wig information including the color, hair type, and cap construction.

11. How do I wear a wig?

  • For most cap constructions
  • Brush your hair off your face at the top and sides. If your hair is long, use pins to take it off your face, back at the sides, and up at the nape. (You can use a wig liner or wig cap to hold your hair in place.)

Hold your wig at the sides (most wigs have ear tabs) with the woven label at the back. Place it at your natural hairline and slide it on from front to back.

Adjust the wig as needed so the front edge is just over your natural hairline. Use the ear tabs to center your wig from left to right. Tuck in any stray hairs at the front, sides and nape.

  • For 3/4 wigs/falls
  • The main difference between a 3/4 wig and a full wig is the exposed front section. You can either use a headband or blend in your own hair to make use of this front section.

By blending in with your own hair, the 3/4 wig can integrate beautifully with your own hair for instant length and volume. (Be sure to choose a close color match if you opt to integrate the wig with your own hair.) To blend in with your hair, try this method: Brush back your hair, making sure to cover your part. Leave some hair loose in the front, brushing the loose section forward as if they were bangs.

Fasten the rest of your hair at the back of your head using pins and/or a hair tie. Position the wig where you would like it to sit on your head. Once you are satisfied with its placement, fasten it to your own hair with the built-in comb at the front first, then at the nape. Brush back your loose hair in the front so that the transition from your hair to the wig is seamless.

  • For lace front wigs
  • To fasten lace front wigs securely, you will want to use either wig tape or lace front glue. Since we do not sell wig tape, our instructions are for the glue method. However, the process is very similar for tape.

  1. Begin by making sure your head gives your wig a smooth surface to sit on. You can neatly brush and pull your hair back or wear a wig cap or wig liner.
  2. Clean your forehead perimeter with alcohol. This will create a clean, oil-free surface which will make the adhesive more effective.
  3. All the wig hair should be pinned up before placing on your head. This will eliminate the hair from falling and sticking to the glue. Watch out for the baby hairs which can easily stick to excess glue.
  4. Gradually start trimming the excess lace to create your wig's hairline. Cut small amounts at a time to ensure the cuts are smooth and precise. Stork scissors work well for cutting the lace. Place the wig on your head and evaluate where you would like the hairline. You should be able to place four fingers between your hairline and your eyebrows for the most natural look.
  5. Using foundation or a skin tone lip liner, outline on your forehead where you would like your wig's hairline to be.
  6. After you have trimmed your lace front's hairline, apply adhesive to the edge of the lace on the inside of the wig cap. Let it semi-dry before placing your wig on your head. (For best results, the glue should be a little sticky but not stringy to the touch.) Then, match up the portion of the wig with glue to the outline you drew on your forehead. Press down with a comb.
  7. Add glue to excess spots you may have missed. Make sure you let it semi-dry before pressing down with a comb. The lace (on the inside of the cap) should lay smoothly on the forehead hairline.

12. How do I take care of my wig?

Try the "shake and go" method. Many styles only need a good shake or finger styling, and they're ready to wear! Don't try to get every hair perfectly in place. This can make your wig look unnatural.

Use wig brushes, combs and other styling accessories, e.g. wig shampoo and wig oil spray. They make styling easier and extend the life of your wig.

When not in use for short periods of time, store your wig on a wig stand. When storing the wig for a longer periods of time, fold carefully and put in its original box.

  • Brushing your wig
  • Before brushing your wig, please remember that the hair is sewn into the wig cap. The hair will come out (and will not re-grow) if you brush/comb the hair too hard. Brush/comb little sections at a time, starting from the bottom and working your way up towards the cap. Don't pull.

If the hair is badly tangled, spray some detangler or wig conditioner before you brush /comb the wig.

    • For Curly/Wavy Styles
    • For tight curly styles, give the wig a shake, then gently lift and separate the curls with a pick comb or your fingers. DO NOT BRUSH.

For wavy styles with loose curls, brush lightly with a wig styling brush or pick comb using short, lifting strokes-just enough to relax the style.

For long curly styles, use your fingers or a pick comb to gently lift and separate the curls. DO NOT BRUSH.

    • For Straight Styles
    • For straight styles, gently brush. Try not to stretch the hair or fibers. Brush in small sections at a time. Start at the end of the section, gently working your way up. Hold the section just above where you are brushing, moving up as you go along. Repeat with each new section. If you encounter any difficult tangles, gently pick them apart using a comb. As much as possible, avoid pulling or stretching the fibers.

  • Washing and styling your wig

    • For synthetic fiber
    • Before washing, gently ease any tangles, being careful not to stretch the fibers.

To wash, soak the wig in a large basin of cold water and wig shampoo for 5-10 minutes. You will then rinse in COLD water till you've thoroughly rinsed out the shampoo.

Do not use any hot water at this time as it can remove the wig's built-in style. Place the wig on a towel or stand to air dry. Do NOT brush the wig while it's wet.

When the wig is completely dry, gently ease out tangles. Most wigs have a pre-set style which bounces back after washing. Do not use hairspray unless it is made only for synthetic wigs. Do not use heated styling tools such as hair dryers and curling irons or other heat sources. You can still set the wig in curlers/rollers as long as they are not heated. For best results, set the wig on a wig stand and leave the rollers in overnight.

Some wigs have a "packing" top (shorter fibers at the root/base of the wig). These shorter fibers are there to give bulk and volume to the wig. Lightly combing from the root base in an upward direction with a wide tooth comb/brush will blend them in with the other, longer fibers. Then, using your fingers, pick out strands and move them in the direction of the style you want to achieve. You may want to do this with fingers that are slightly damp or spray a fine mist of water over the wig when styling.

    • For human hair blend/heat-resistant synthetic fiber
    • Before washing, gently ease any tangles, being careful not to stretch the fibers.

To wash, soak the wig in a large basin of cold water and wig shampoo for 5-10 minutes. You will then rinse in COLD water till you've thoroughly rinsed out the shampoo.

Do not use any hot water at this time as it can remove the wig's built-in style. Place the wig on a towel or stand to air dry. Do NOT brush the wig while it's wet. You can also use a blow dryer. For best results, wait until the wig is dry before using other heated styling tools (straightener, curling iron, etc.). For these types of wigs, the original, pre-set style will bounce back after washing.

    • For 100% human hair
    • Before washing, gently ease any tangles, being careful not to stretch the fibers.

To wash, soak the wig in a large basin of cold water and wig shampoo for 5-10 minutes. You will then rinse in COLD water till you've thoroughly rinsed out the shampoo.

Like your own hair, 100% human hair wigs need to be re-styled after every wash. Style as you would your own hair, using whatever styling tools you'd like-heated or otherwise.

13. How do I remove the shine from a synthetic wig?

The first step is to wash the wig using the instructions above. You can also use a leave-in wig conditioner. Once it's dried, if the wig is still unnaturally shiny, try using either baking or baby powder. Use a powder brush or powder puff, making sure to shake off any excess powder before applying it to the wig. Too much powder can give the wig a gray look, so be careful not to apply too much.

You can also try soaking the wig in a cup of white vinegar. Soak for 10-15 minutes, then rinse the wig in cold water and let it air dry.

14. Can I cut my wig?

Yes, however if you are considering cutting or trimming your wig, we highly recommend you take your wig to a hair stylist who is experienced in cutting wigs.

15. Can I color the wig?

It is ok to color 100% human hair wig with dyes or bleach. Do not color wigs containing synthetic fiber as the dye will damage the fibers.

16. How do I store the wig?

The best way to store the wig is on a wig stand. Not only does this help prevent the wig from becoming tangled/soiled between uses, it also helps to maintain your wig's style. Store your wig in a clean, dry place, away from dust and sources of high heat.

eBay listings

1. How do I find the listing for the wig I'm interested?

Each style of the wigs has its own SKU. If you know the SKU or color code of the wig that you are interested in, you can use the search function to find the listing. . (The SKU is usually the four capital letters at the end of each product title, and the color code is number and/or letter combination directly following.)

There are 3 places where you can search for the listing: any eBay page, the Stylewigs home page, and any Stylewigs listing page. If you know the product title, you can simply type or paste the title in the search section, and it will show you the listing. If you only know the SKU, you can just type in the wig’s SKU in the search section. It will show all the listings in that style. If you know the color code, you can type it in with the SKU when you search to narrow the results.

  • eBay page: The search bar is located on the top of each eBay page.
  • Stylewigs' home page:The Store search section is on the left hand side above the Store categories section.
  • Stylewigs' listing page: The Search Store is on the left hand side above the Store categories section.

2. What is included in Stylewigs' product listings?

There are 4 main sections inside each eBay listing: Product Title, Picture, Shipping and Payment, and Description.

  • Product Title
  • First of all, there's the title. We design our product titles to give you the most information possible. Each title begins with a description of what the style looks like.

Here's an example of one of our product titles: "EXTRA LONG Slightly Wavy Brown & Strawberry Blonde Mix w. Bangs Wig TISR 4/27."

If the title does not specify the hair type (ie synthetic, human hair blend, or 100% human hair), then it is a regular synthetic wig. (Remember, regular synthetic wigs cannot withstand heated styling tools.) In the example above, notice there is no mention of the hair type, so you can assume it is a regular synthetic wig. At the end of each title is normally four capital letters followed by numbers and/or letters. This is the SKU and color code, respectively. In the above example, the SKU is TISR and the color code is 4/27. Aside from the item number, we identify our wigs by their SKU and color code in our correspondence with you.

If you find a style you like but don't see it in your desired color, type the style's SKU into our store search bar. This should bring up all the other colors we currently have listed for that particular style. If you know the color code you're looking for, you can also search our store using that color code, 4/27, for example.

  • Pictures
  • There is a main picture right next to the product title. If you continue to scroll down, you will see multiple pictures of the wig on the mannequin. Most of the time, we have a picture from the front, from the side, from behind, from above, as well as the inside of the cap with the crown area facing the camera. These different angles are to help you get a sense of the wig's construction and look.

  • Shipping and payment
  • If you click on "Shipping and payemnt" under the main picture, you will see the shipping and handing details for the product. The default shipping fee is only applicable for United States shipping addresses. If your shipping address is outside the United States, you can change the country to match your shipping address by using the drop down menu "Change country" and find the actual shipping rate.

  • Description
  • If you scroll down just beneath the item photo and price, you will see a tab reading "Description." This is a quick overview of the wig information. Condition tells you if it's new or pre-owned-all our regular items are new; only our 1¢ starting auction bid items would have been pre-owned. Texture indicates whether the wig style is curly, wavy, or straight. Hair Type tells you if the wig is synthetic, human hair blend, or 100% human hair. Cap Construction tells you what type of construction the wig is (please refer to the "What does cap construction mean and what are the different types?" section for an explanation of each type). For Length, we list the general category here and indicate the specific measurements farther down in the listing. Style indicates whether it is a full wig, 3/4 wig or hairpiece. Color gives you a ballpark for the color, and Shade tells you more specifically (the corresponding color code is listed farther down as well as in the product title).

If you continue to scroll down, you will find a more detailed description, including color code/description, the approximate length, more information about the cap, and the cap size.

3. Will the wig look the same as the picture?

While we do our best to give an accurate representation of each item, please keep in mind that pictures can only show so much. Please note that monitors display color differently and that a mannequin cannot represent every type of body. Please go by the overall length (from the center top of the crown area to the end of the hair) measurement for your concept of how long the wig will be on you. If you are unsure of the color, you can search other photos of the same color code, or better yet, reference a wig color swatch to get an idea of what the color would look like in person.

When we take our listing pictures, we simply take the wig out of its packaging and comb or brush it. With curly/wavy styles, when the wig arrives, it may not look like the picture straight out of the package. This is because the curls/waves have been neatly sealed and packed in its journey from the factory to you. The hair just needs to be loosened a bit for the curls to bounce back. Simply give the wig a shake or gently comb through it with your fingers.

If you still have questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us. You can send us an eBay message through the listing or email us.

4. Why does the color of the real wig looks different from the listing picture?

While we do our best to give an accurate representation of each item, please note that different monitors display colors differently. Please go according to the color code stated instead of the color shown on the monitor. If you are unsure of the color, you can search other photos of the same color code, or better yet, reference a wig color swatch to get an idea of what the color would look like in person.

5. Why does the wig look shorter when I wear it?

There are 2 reasons which make the length of the wig look different form the mannequin. One reason is body figure. Please note that a mannequin cannot represent every type of body. Usually, the size of the mannequin is smaller than a normal body figure. Please go by the overall length (from the center top of the crown area to the end of the hair) measurement for your concept of how long the wig will be on you.

The other reason is because the wig hair/fiber in the picture has been loosened. When we take our listing pictures, we have given the wig a vigorous shake and combed/brushed it to loosen the hair/fiber. Especially for curly/wavy styles, the wig will become longer after the hair/fiber is loosened. If you wear the wig right after you take it out of the package without loosening the hair/fiber, the wig might look shorter or different from the pictures.

Once we ship out your order, you will be able to see the tracking number through your eBay account. If you do not see it, feel free to send us a message.

5. What if I want to make a change to my order or shipping information?

Please notify us right away. We will be sure to see it if you leave a note with your PayPal payment. If you request a change to your order, please send the order change request through eBay message. And please keep in mind that this may lengthen your item's processing time as we may need to confirm the information with you first before shipping your order.

6. Does Stylewigs offer discrete shipping?

Absolutely! The return address on all our shipping labels will say "Jel Imports" rather than "Stylewigs." If you are an international customer, we declare all our items as "hair products."

7. How is the shipping fee calculated?

Below is a list of the shipping rates and methods available for our customers along with estimated delivery times. For multiple items, we offer combined shipping. In order to receive a combined shipping rate, wait for us to send a combined invoice with the appropriate rate. Please do not pay until you have received an invoice with the combined shipping rate option.

Please note these delivery times are approximate and do not include the 1 business day of processing time we require.

8. Why don't you accept returns?

Due to health/legal reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges except when there has been an error on our part. You're welcome to send us an eBay message prior to bidding or making a purchase if you have any questions.

9. What should I do if the wig I received is wrong or damaged?

Upon receiving your wig, please check the SKU and COLOR CODE shown on the package sticker against the eBay item title on your packing slip and make sure that you have received the correct color and style before opening the package.

Incorrect or damaged product(s) will be replaced if the item is in perfect factory condition in the original packaging (unaltered, unworn with all tags attached and in original packaging). You must not destroy or lose any of the packaging.

You must notify us of the problem and desire to do a return/exchange through an eBay message. Requests for a refund or exchange must be made within 5 business days of receipt of product(s). Returns/exchanges must be pre-authorized by Stylewigs with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

If upon our inspection, the item is ineligible, it will incur a 50% restocking fee. In other words, we will only refund or give exchange credit for half of the item price you paid.
