Suit Brothers staff is always available to help with specific questions about our products, process, order status and returns. We always will attempt to answer e-mails within 24 hrs. We are open Monday through Thursday from 11 AM to 6 PM Pacific Time, and Friday From 11AM to 2PM. We are closed Saturdays and Sundays.
shipping
within the united states
Flat rate shipping is $9.95 and is free for all orders above $189.00. Insurance is optional at a price of $3.00. All items are shipped within 24-72 hours of receipt of payment via UPS or FEDEX.
outside the united states
Flat rate for international shipping is $39.95. Insurance is optional at a price of $3.00. According to United States law, we must declare all packages as merchandise and note the actual winning bid price as the declared value. For more information, you will need to contact your local post office or customs department to get an estimate to customs charges to import your items from the USA. We have also noticed that some packages may take 2-5 weeks to arrive to international locations, due to custom clearance at the destinations country, so please be patient. Sorry, we cannot ship items to an international P.O. Box.
combined shipping
We are pleased to offer our customers a combined shipping option. To receive combined shipping discounts on multiple items, you must wait until all winning auctions have closed (within a 4 day period) before completing our checkout.
payment
We gladly accept: Paypal (Your paypal account must have a confirmed address & we can only ship to the paypals confirmed address), all major credit cards, cashiers checks & money orders. All payments must be received within 5 days of end of auction. Remember, the sooner you make your payment, the sooner we can process your item. We are currently not accepting bids from outside the United States.

Your bid is a contract: Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item. If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from the seller. We take non- paying bidders very seriously and will take full action against them.
return policy
Here at Suit Brothers we want your shopping experience to be 100% risk free. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply send the item back to us in its original, unused & unaltered condition (including all original packaging and tags) within 3 days for a full refund minus a 20% restocking fee & less shipping & insurance costs. Please email suitbrothers@aol.com for a return authorization number prior to shipping the item back. Although extremely rare, in the event that we mistakenly misrepresented an item, we will reimburse the full amount paid. Please understand that the color of items may appear differenly on various monitors.
