We normally ship USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class Mail or Express Mail within the continential United States and Air Letter Post, Air Parcel Post, or Global Express Mail Internationally with charges based on actual weight. We find these to be the most reliable and economical means of shipment.
Priority Mail offers a tracking number, which will be sent to you immediately upon shipment. Insurance is available and starts at $1.35 for up to $50.00. We are not responsible for lost or missing packages.
International Shipments can tracked with the customs number provided by USPS. Air Letter Post, Air Parcel Post and Global Express Mail charges include a limited amount of indemnity according to weight, which is usually enough to cover the cost of the item.
We cannot be responsible for missing packages, but will refund or replace insured items after receiving reimbursement from the Postal Service. Our experience has been that most items are eventually either delivered or returned and processing refunds before items are declared lost by the Postal Service creates additional problems.
We normally ship Monday through Saturday, except for legal holidays.
