The PS4 Pro I ordered was exactly as described, exactly as pictured, and I'd evaluate the condition in person to be even better than both. Fast shipping and delivery. Ordered on Nov. 6th, received on the 10th. The Vonage adapter arrived clean and without any noticeable damage. It is setup and working after battling with a Vonage CS Rep to activate the adapter on the account I've had for 17 years. Said Vonage does not accept devices purchased from 3rd-parties. Had to threaten to cancel my account & asked to speak with a manager since they do no offer an adapter with multiple Ethernet ports. Not the seller's fault, just a heads-up!
