Anything but positive. I am repeat customer who had a good experience previously. This time. I am missing bolts, nuts, and washers on many of the pieces. I received many phone calls to tell me that they are "working" on it with no action for weeks. I spent $200 on parts at a local supply warehouse for missing bolts and nuts, as well as the bolts that were sent with the pads were too short. I would not recommend doing any business with this seller or supplier.
