SunSetter 90-Day No-Risk Home Trial on eBay…     

Try your “Brand New” or “Like New” SunSetter Awning at home for a full 90-Days. If you’re not completely satisfied with it in every way, simply send it back and we’ll refund the full purchase price, less shipping.

You may return your SunSetter Awning for any reason during the 90-Day Trial period, provided it has not been subjected to owner abuse or to excessive wind or water pooling on the fabric.

You must notify our Customer Service Department before returning any purchase. SunSetter will send you a Return Authorization Form that needs to be included with the return shipment. Upon receipt and inspection of the product, we will refund your product purchase price (or the amount you have paid toward it on your specific payment plan) less original shipping charges. The product must be shipped in its original packaging, according to instructions provided. Any damage due to improper packaging will be the responsibility of the customer. Return shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return freight charges will be deducted from the refund amount. C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted. 

Note: SunSetter’s 90-Day No-Risk Home Trial does not extend to any “Clearance” item.  On “Clearance” items, all sales are final and no returns will be accepted.

All SunSetter Awnings, Awning Accessories, Flagpoles, Flagpole Accessories and EasyShades are backed by a 5-Year Limited Manufacturer's Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
