 | Q: How do I make one payment for multiple items? |
 | A: When you make a purchase, we will email you an invoice. We will continue to revise your invoice with combined shipping as you add additional items. Just pay the final invoice. The invoice has a convenient PayPal link with the exact amount. |
 | Q: Do you combine shipping? |
 | A: Multiple items may be mailed together to save on shipping. The shipping cost is determined by the estimated weight of the total package(s). If you check out through eBay, and do not use the combined invoice I send, just use the shipping discount feature +/- to adjust shipping charge to reflect the correct combined shipping amount. |
 | Q: When will my item(s) be shipped? |
 | A: Most items are shipped in 1-7 days. Some items such as plants, freshly baked or produced goods and larger quantities may require more time to prepare before shipped.
The shipping time from Hawaii by Priority Mail is 3-5 business days. The day your package is shipped we send you an Item Shipped email. |
 | Q: Do you guarantee chocolate not to melt in shipping? |
 | A: I can not guarantee chocolate will not melt, especially in the summer. If you suspect your chocolate has melted in transit, put it in the refrigerator for a few hours before opening. It will still be great just break it apart. Full cases of Mauna Loa chocolate shipped by UPS 2nd Day Air are shipped on Mondays or Tuesdays only during summer months. |
 | Q: I have not received any emails about the status of my order |
 | A: We answer all emails promptly and send an email for each step of the transaction. If you're not receiving our emails, they may be blocked by a spamblocker or returned to us as "undeliverable mail." Check your spam or trash folder. Also make sure your email address on file with eBay is current or you may not be receiving our emails. |
 | Q: Do you have this item in a buy it now option? |
 | A: Everything we have on auction is available in our eBay store as a Buy It Now. Larger quantities are available in almost all items. |
 | Q: Do you guarantee your plants and cuttings? |
 | A: We guarantee our plants and cuttings to arrive in good condition, healthy and ready to plant. I am not able to guarantee your ability to grow them or the growing conditions. If your plants arrive damaged from shipping and unable to survive, let me know and I will send replacements. |
 | Q: I live in zone _____. Will this plant grow here? |
 | A: All of our plants can be grown indoors in pots. They are tropical and can not take freezing temperatures. The only exceptions for very cold weather are the Kahili and white ginger. |
 | Q: Is the color of the flower in the listing the color I will get? |
 | A: We rely on our growers to provide us with the most accurate information possible on our plants and cuttings. In most cases the picture in the listing is the color of the flower unless stated otherwise on the listing. All of the information available about a particular item is on the listing. |
 | Q: When do you leave feedback? |
 | A: We leave feedback as soon as payment is received. |
 | Q: Why are some LION coffee bags hard like a brick and some are fluffy with air? |
 | A: Lion Coffee is vacuum packed in plastic coated multi-ply aluminum bags which has a freshness valve which allows natural gases that come off of freshly roasted coffee to escape. This valve is one way; it won’t allow air back into the bag, preserving the freshness. The hardness or fluffiness of the bag is not an indication of its freshness or age. |
