| A:I am happy to try and accommodate any request. Feel free to ask for revisions to any piece. I offer extender chains for purchase if you'd like a different length for your necklace. I am happy to make something perfect for you :) Additional charges may apply. |
| Q:What kind of materials do you use? |

| A:I use mainly sterling silver, 14kt gold and 24kt gold vermeil. Gold vermeil is genuine gold plated over sterling silver. There are glass, copper and brass items as well.
I stand by the quality of my materials. I list honestly. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? Domestic |

| A:I usually ship 1-2 days after payment. I ship using USPS Priority Mail. Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days for U.S. shipping. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:I do. I ship via USPS First Class Air Mail. It is the cheapest method for shipping internationally. There is no tracking or insurance available for this method. The estimated delivery time is 7-14 days but usually arrives much earlier.

| Q:Can you ship as a gift? |

| A:You bet! I can include a small gift card and I can include whatever message you like. I have very neat handwriting. I promise :) |
| Q:I made an offer and it was rejected. Why? |

| A:I allow the ~Best Offer~ option for some of my items. I'm happy to consider a fair offer. Some offers are unreasonably low and are automatically rejected. You can always try again or feel free to email me and we can discuss the offer. |
