This Seller did a BAIT and SWITCH on me. I ordered 2 bottles of the SAME ITEM. The Seller shipped one bottle of the CREAM and one bottle of CAPSULES. The Seller shipped the product when they were good and ready. The 2 boxes were poorly packaged and felt like 2 marbles in a bottle. The Seller knew this was a deception and should not be allowed to sell on eBay! I am returning the products for a FULL REFUND! I will never purchase from this Seller again.

the wrong item was sent by mistake. the other item is acutally a much higher cost product. As a seller, I did everything I could to offer return shipping, switch the correct product, also offer free item to compensate buyer's wait & trouble. Buyer told me to look for a job as a used car sales instead of selling on ebay. I use brand new shipping box & cushion inside to prevent damage during shipping. Not sure why he said they are poorly packaged.
