| A:Yes we do. Layaway plan is offered to any one total purchase above $100 USD. There is a $10 one time fee and can be paid up to 3 months. Longer term layaway is possible with additional fee. | A:Yes, combine shipping is encouraged to save cost. Typically customer receive 20% to 50% saving on shipping cost of the second item and on. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:Other than custom doll outfits, most items are shipped with 10 days. Dollfies are typically shipped through global express which typically arrives within a week after shipping. Shoes, wigs, eyes, outfits, and other accessories are shipped through register mail and can take anywhere from 10 to 18 business days to arrive. |
