Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns on new items for a full refund less shipping & $5 restocking fee. Previously owned items are mostly from estate sales and are sold as is. We strive to accurately describe the items and normally do not accept returns. New or Used, if we have made an error we will make it right & refund your purchase price and shipping.
Q: Do you combine shipping?
A: Yes we will combine shipping on purchases during a 7-10 day period. The cost is usually $.75 - $3 per item depending on size, weight and destination. Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: We try to ship all items within 2 business days (1 business day 99% of the time) of cleared payment. Please note however that as much as we would like to, we cannot guarantee the post office or other delivery service once it leaves our site. We provide tracking numbers on all priority mail and delivery services as soon as we print the label.
Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
A: We try to quote a set amount based on USPS Priority Mail & UPS delivery which is determined by size, weight and location. We charge between $1 and $3 for materials per package depending on the size of the package and type of items. We want to pack securely so your item arrives in tact.
