The clarity Enhanced diamond is a natural diamond, and should only be treated differently when set on gold or when resizing, the reason for that is the on those action the jeweler uses extreme high temperatures that might damage the enhancement, therefore when re-sizing you should tell the jeweler that the diamond is enhanced and that the action must be in lower temperatures.
