Q:What is your return policy?
A:Unless listing specifies otherwise, all sales are final--no refunds or exchanges! This is due to hygiene reasons as most of our items are for personal use. Manufacturer's warranties may apply. No refunds on lost or damaged items unless insured. No refunds on refused shipments or packages returned to us as 'undeliverable' by USPS/UPS.
Q:Do you combine shipping?
A:We love to combine shipping! Combined shipping is based on size, weight and destination of the package. Feel free to email a list of items you are interested in purchasing and we will be happy to quote you a rate. Do not pay until you receive a combined invoice! We cannot adjust shipping after you have paid.
Q:When can I expect my U.S. order to arrive?
A:We ship within 5 business days of payment clearance--no weekends or holidays. Check listing for shipping method. Most items ship USPS Priority Mail and arrive in 3 business days. Items shipped USPS First Class Mail, USPS Parcel Post or UPS Ground may take up to 10 business days. Express Mail is available. We cannot be responsible for transit time.
Q:How much are the domestic shipping and handling charges?
A:S&H charges vary based on size, weight & destination. Items over 1-lb have calculated shipping so cost shown in listing is based on buyer's zip code. Items have a handling fee of $1 or less to cover our time, boxes, & packing material unless otherwise stated. S&H charges are clearly listed on each item. All items shipped w/delivery confirmation.
Q:Will you ship to an alternate address (gift)?
A:Yes, we will ship to alternate addresses for gift delivery. Please contact us if you wish to have your item shipped as a gift. If you pay with PayPal, your address must be confirmed and your gift address must be emailed to us or supplied through the notes to seller on your PayPal payment. We do not mark international shipments as gifts.
Q:Do you insure packages?
A:We do not insure packages but offer shipping insurance on every transaction. We recommend insurance because we cannot be responsible for damage during shipping or lost packages. We offer proof of shipping but USPS and UPS are in control of shipping and delivery. All items are shipped with delivery confirmation as proof of shipment and delivery.
Q:Do you ship internationally?
A:We ship worldwide. We can ship via USPS First Class Mail International, USPS Priority Mail International or USPS Express Mail International. We recommend insurance as we cannot be responsible for an item once it has shipped. We provide proof of shipment on all items. Buyer is responsible for all s&h, taxes, tariffs, levies, duties...
Q:My tracking number says the package has been returned to the sender; what can I do?
A:If your items were returned to us as undeliverable/unclaimed, you can either pay the S&H we incur to resend the package or we will refund your payment minus shipping (both ways), handling, and a 20% restocking fee. If you received free shipping on the initial shipment, you must reimburse us this S&H cost plus the S&H cost to reship. No exceptions!
Q:Do you ship APO/FPO?
A:Yes, we will ship APO/FPO on all items except larger items like a stroller or car seats. If in doubt, contact us prior to purchasing to confirm delivery is available. Shipping and handling rates are the same as U.S. shipping rates.
Q:What forms of payment do you accept?
A:We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, money orders & cashiers checks in USD only. International customers must pay with PayPal in USD. Checks & money orders may take up to 14 days to clear. We do not accept personal checks. Buyer is responsible for all shipping, handling, insurance, tariffs, taxes, levies, duties, etc...
Q:Can you accept payment over the phone?
A:Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover via phone. Please email with your phone number and two times you can be reached. You must provide the name on the card, your billing address, and the CVC on the back of your card. This information is collected for processing only and is used to protect both you and I against fraud.
Q:Can you email more pictures?
A:We will gladly email more pictures upon request. Please remember you must send your email address in your question/message because pictures cannot be sent through eBay's email system. Your email will never be shared with anyone else or posted in the listing.
Q:Do you offer local pick-up?
A:Yes, local buyers are welcome to email us and set up a time to pick up paid items. Payment must clear before items may be picked up.
