A+ for customer service, shipping was very quick and the radio was packaged appropriately. Giving 4 stars out of 5 for a slight mix-up with the item description. It was described as a Model III XTS5000 but it turned out to be a Model II XTS5000, but Surplus Radios customer service went above and beyond to make up for that unfortunate mix-up. Would definitely still do business with this seller again, thank you!
