- Installation Services
- We do professional installation with certified mechanics at our Anaheim Hills location in Southern California. We have done countless cars, trucks, and SUVs, along with big name brand vehicles for shows such as SEMA. You can be confident that our mechanics will do the job right, with no problems as you drive off the lot in your new ride. Give us a call for installation quotes, or stop on by!
- Vehicle Information
- Upon purchase and bidding of our products, you agree to send us vehicle information with the purchase, or in a separate email. This includes Year, Make, Model, Engine Size. If the auction calls for multiple options such as a 4-5-6" drop on an S10, then you need to let us know whether it's a 4" front 6" rear drop, or 5" front 6" rear drop, etc. If you order shocks from us, let us know *exactly* what was done to your vehicle with specific parts, so we can get you the correct parts quickly. By following these guidelines we can expedite your order quickly, which means you receive it that much faster.
- Shipping
- In most cases we ship using UPS Ground service to the lower 48 United States, and UPS Standard to Canada. Depending on package size and contents will determine which service is used to ship to places such as the Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii, please inquire before purchasing to solidify a shipping price that you're comfortable with. Upon clearance of payment, we ship out that day, or the very next! We pride ourselves on our fast shipping times and shipment processing speed. BUYERS must email or message us their specific vehicle information before we're able to ship out their correct product, without this information we're unable to expedite your order until we get in contact with you.
- Terms of Sale
- When you decide to purchase something from us, you agree to all of the above information. We reserve the right to change and alter the terms of sale at our discretion. By not abiding by the above terms, then it becomes harder for Suspension Max to help out our customers.
- Warranty
- We have a limited lifetime warranty on most of our products. We *do not* offer a warranty on our Springtech shocks and struts for passenger cars, or our line of shocks for trucks and SUVs. This is because of individual driving habit and the unpredictability. If one of our products should arrive at your doorstep defective, please contact us immediately and we'll arrange for a pickup and new product sent out to you a.s.a.p!
- Returns
- If product arrives at your resident or business location defective, damaged, or missing, then please call us immediately for resolution - we will work with you to get you new and working parts. Buyer must contact us through phone (714-632-7024) within 7 days of receiving the defective product. Any time after 7 days, then the buyer will have the responsibility of shipping the product back to us for possible exchange or refund. Buyers are welcome to a refund -20% of the product cost (not including shipping) if the refund is due to buyer's personal reasons (car/truck explosion, flushed down toilet, dog ate it, etc). All other refunds will be on a case by case basis, but rest assured we will do what we can to make sure the customer is happy! Buyer must receive a RGA# before returning on product to us, this is given by the Suspension Max staff upon contact and agreement.
- Payment
- We accept payment through Paypal (preferred), credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover), Money Order, or cash (for local pickup). If you decide to pay with money order, then we will ship out the product once we receive the money order in the mail, and not before. If you have problems paying with any of the above methods, you may call us to pay with credit card over the phone, but please be aware that doing this may delay your order as credit cards are ran the following day or 2 days after. Any non-payment through ebay, and we will file a non-payment dispute and notify ebay, no exceptions unless we are contacted before hand.
