i think about everything that can go bad happened. it was shipped late because "waiting on cables", however there was no cables in the box to power on the unit. the packaging was terrible and did not support the weight of the unit and of course, the unit that looked perfect in the photo arrived dented, metal bent, and scraped. 100% was packaged poorly and not damaged from shipper from poor handling. lastly trying to get to a compromise on damages i left several messages with no response.
