Swans Designs is dedicated to customer satisfaction, we
also stand behind the quality of our product. All merchandise
are appropriately packaged in identical condition as described
on our website and carefully inspected before leaving
our outlet, however, in the event your purchase does not
fulfill your needs for any reason you can return your
item for an exchange or refund. Return request should
be communicated through Swans Designs within 2 days upon
receival of merchandise. Item (s) should be returned within
7 days. The following condition apply:
~ Shipping is non-refundable*
~ A (10%) Restocking Fee applies (provided
item is repacked according to factory standards &
without excess wear)
- Buyers pay shipping and insurance.
Insurance is required in order to gurantee full refund
incase of damage or delivery lost.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
- We combine shipping for multiple
item purchase witin 3 days.
