Authentication Guarantee: All autographed items from Sweet Spot Signatures are guaranteed authentic for life, which we define as the shorter of either the life of the signature or 25 years. These items are backed by a full money back guarantee should they fail to pass any highly reputable third party authenticater such as PSA or JSA. Removal of authentication holograms voids this policy.
Items from other manufacturers (Steiner Sports, TriStar, Mounted Memories, ect) or that have previously been authenticated by third party authenticators (PSA, JSA, GAI, ect) are not covered by this policy, however nearly every company we deal with has their own authenticity guarantee should a problem arise.
Combined Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are combinable for most of our items. The charges shown below are for additional items purchased. To receive discount all items must be paid for at the same time. Charges below are applicable to orders shipped within the United States only, international customers should email for combined shipping quotes.
The following combinations of unlike items are not available for combined shipping:
- Unsigned Photos may not be combined with any other items
- Signed Photos may only be combined with magazines
- Bats may not be combined with any other items
Non Paying Bidder Policy: All non paying bidders are subject to be reported to ebay if payment has not been received within ten days of purchase. Any dispute that remains unpaid will be closed as unpaid. We understand that payments may get delayed in the mail for several months at a time, if your payment arrives after the dispute has been closed we will reverse the dispute.
Feedback Policy: Positive feedback will be posted for you automatically after you have left feedback for an item. Feedback should post within five minutes after you leave feedback. In the rare event that you leave feedback and have not received feedback in return please notify us by email.
Return Policy: Your complete satisfaction is our top priority! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase please follow these steps to receive a refund or replacement.
1. Please send an email stating why you would like a refund or replacement.
2. Please return the item(s) in question along with the ebay item number, your ebay id, mailing address (if paid by check or money order) or your paypal address.
Items paid for with paypal will be refunded through paypal, no exceptions. Refunds will be issued for the purchase price only. If the item has not been shipped, shipping charges will be refunded as well. Any item paid for through Paypal must be returned within 30 days of original payment, items received after 30 days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Replacements are available for some items, if you would prefer a replacement, please request by email prior to returning any package(s). Failure to include any of the above mentioned information may delay your refund or replacement up to eight weeks. Refunds will not be issued in the event of buyer's remorse. Merchandise which has experienced a sudden decrease in value may not be returnable (such as an autographed baseball by a player that suffered an injury a week after purchase, or an item that was purchased when the individual in question was involved in a short term increase in positive media exposure such as the World Series, winning a post season award, or other outstanding acheivement such as pitching a no hitter). Any item that has been altered such as the removal of authentication holograms is not eligible for return.
Insurance: Insurance is available for all purchases at a flat rate of $3.00 per order. This is a per order fee and remains constant regardless of quantity or value of items purchased. Insurance is required on all orders of $50.00 or more (includes shipping). In the rare event that items are damaged during transit, please notify us immediately. If insurance was purchased we will handle your claim for damaged items. If insurance was not purchased we will be happy to assist you in anyway we can with any claim you decide to place with the carrier.
Shipping Times: Items are shipped three times a week, usually Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. All items are shipped the first shipping day after payment has been received. We are not responsible for items delayed in transit by the carrier. Please note that Baseball Bats typically take 15-22 days in transit unless you have upgraded to UPS shipping (typically 3-5 days). Unsigned Photos require a 24-72 hour processing period for printing. Items paid for between December 8th and December 23rd ship within 24 hours.
Shipping Carriers: Our primary carrier is the USPS, although arrangements may be made to have your item shipped UPS if you desire (buyer will be responsible for additional fees).
Out of Stock Items: In the event that an item is listed but no longer in inventory, your payment will be refunded. In some circumstances it may be possible for us to order the item for you if you prefer.
