We are a small, family owned business located in Napa, California.
We specialize in Cake, Candy & Cookie Decorating Supplies.
In addition, we also offer decorating classes to local customers.
We aren't out to sell a million items a month- we just want to earn your business!
Our goal is to give excellent customer service,
as well as great pricing on the supplies that you are looking for.
We are available during our business hours, Tuesday-Saturday. We are closed Sunday & Monday for religious purposes so don't worry if we don't get back to you during those times!
What sets us apart from other stores?
A lot of the stores selling cake decorating supplies take your order and then try to get the product.
At Sweet Graces we only post product that we actually have in stock. Always brand new and not seconds- always fresh stock.
We make every effort to make sure that if you order a kit that requires additional supllies or advance preparation-
you get the supply list & complete instructions by email ahead of time!
Our decorators actually re-write the instructions in most cases to make
the project user friendly to the home decorator-
most are originally written for bakery use!
Also- our staff is here to answer questions as they come up so you are not stuck in the middle of a project with no one to help!

We gladly accept checks, money orders and Pay Pal for your convenience!
We buy a lot of personal items through companies and like you, we hate to pay too much for shipping.
Like yourselves,we always carefully weigh what it would cost
us in time and automotive expense to just go find it ourselves!
Because of this, we do our best to keep the cost down for you.
We reuse boxes, shop for best rates..... Whatever we can do to save our customers hard earned money!
We do invite you to check out the postal rates on USPS.com to get an idea of shipping costs. Combining items for shipment does save money as only one box is needed, the other shipping costs such as mailing services, printing and postage can go further!
PS: When ordering more than one item, Ebay & Paypal will automatically send you an invoice- sometimes these look crazy because they do not always calculate the shipping charges correctly! I will send you a corrected invoice as soon as possible!
Flat Rate Shipping:
We offer shipping in flat rate boxes- as another seller so cleverly put it-
if it fits, it ships! These boxes start at $10.40 & ship priority mail.
These work best for several items that are small but weigh a lot.
Ebay's shipping calculators do not take these boxes into
consideration when calculating your shipping fees.

If you think you may want to use these boxes, or just want to see if we
can get you a better deal on shipping, wait for
us to send you an invoice prior to paying for your purchases.
International & APO Shipping:
We do ship our items internationally.
We will check prior to shipment as best we can to make sure that the items
you select can be sent through the mail to your country
(every country has different rules that change all the time).
For these shipments, we accept only Paypal.
Please allow extra time to recieve the shipment as we cannot
control the postal system!
Also: Please do consider buying shipping insurance. We rarely have a problem with international shipping- but it is expensive to ship and as a small company we cannot absorb the cost for shipments that get lost en route.
Note: Please be aware of customs fees and shipping restrictions that may apply to your country.
As for APO, we will gladly go out of our way to serve those who serve in our
military and their families. We strongly recommend using Priority Mail unless
you are willing to wait to get your shipment!
All Customers Please Note:
Shipping Speed: We do our best to get your packages out the same day
that we recieve your order.
We have been finding that (exluding holiday season- don't take chances at
Christmas time!) parcel post and first class mail have been arriving at about
the same speed as more expensive methods.
But we have no control over the post office!
If speed is critical, be sure to let us know & upgrade your shipping-
and try not to cut it too closely!
Normally, most items will have a tracking number- you should recieve a notice
from the post office containing this information.
It doesn't always tell you where the package is- just whether it has been
recieved or not. If you don't get your notice, drop me an email!
Rarely, multiple sales will cause an item to become unavailable.
In the unlikely event that this should happen- we will notify you immediately!
We encourage shipping insurance:
At Sweet Graces we understand (hopefully rarely) that items may become
damaged or lost during shipping. We do take great care in preparing your
purchase for shipping.
We cannot control what happens to a package once it leaves our store.
Cake Decorating supplies cannot be re-sold so they cannot be returned unless
defective from the manufacturer. Shipping insurance is available and
is the buyers responsibility.
