Do you stock all of the items listed in your auctions, fixed price and store postings?
Yes. If an item is posted or listed in the SWELL Store, you can be assured that we do have it in-stock and ready to ship as soon as your payment has been received.
Has my payment been received?
Payments made by Paypal are instantanious. After making your payment, please double check your Paypal account to make sure that your payment has been processed.
What are my shipping & handling costs?
Shipping & handling costs are listed in 100% of our postings. Please check your posting for the appropriate shipping amount.
We also offer combined shipping discounts. When purchasing multiple items, you will be charged the full shipping & handling amount for the item with the most expensive shipping cost. For all subsequent items purchased in the same shipment, simply add the discounted shipping & handling price listed in the individual item postings
Has my item shipped?
As soon as your item has shipped, positive feedback will be posted on your account, which will also include the shipment date and delivery method used.
We ship merchandise to our clients 4-5 times a week. In many cases, items are shipped on the same day that payment is received. In other cases, it may take up to 2 business days after payment has been received for items to ship.
How long will shipping take?
We are located in Toronto, Canada and ship 99.9% of our shipments via Canada Post.
Within Canada, depending on the shipping destination and delivery service selected, shipments can take anywhere from 2-10 business days, with the vast majority arriving within 5 business days
Shipments to the U.S. typically arrive within 4-10 business days. Shipments could potentially take longer to reach their delivery destination should they be stopped by U.S. Customs for inspection. Such delays are rare, however are still a reality and do happen from time-to-time, which can result in delivery delays of between a couple days to a week.
Shipments to all other International destinations require approximately 8-12 business days for delivery. Shipments could potentially take longer to reach their delivery destination should they be stopped by the importing country's Customs Department for inspection. Such delays are rare, however are still a reality and do happen from time-to-time. Depending on the delivery destination, this can result in a delivery delay of between a couple days to to over a month.
What is your refund/return policy?
Refunds will only be issued for lost or damaged shipments. Where applicable, our policy for lost/damaged shipments or for merchandise that is defective upon arrival is to provide replacement product. If we are not able to replace the defective item, we will promptly provide you with a full refund once the defective item has been returned.
All defective merchandise must be returned by for inspection before product replacement or a refund is processed.
If you receive an item in error, we will assume all costs in returning the item for exchange or refund. Shipping reimbursement will be for the actual shipping cost + $2.00 for packing materials, to a maximum of the shipping amount originally paid by the buyer for the item purchased. Exchange or refund will be provided once the parcel has been received.
Because we strive for the best possible customer service experience possible, if you want to return an item for reasons other then what has been listed above, contact us and we will do our best to work out an acceptable resolution.
Returns will only be accepted with pre-approved authorization. All returns must be accompanied with a return authorization reference number that will be provided upon return approval. Items returned without approved return authorization number will not be processed.
